Cassidine Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through cassidineconsulting.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you complete a form on the Site — including the Theory Reality Gap™ Scorecard, the Customer Experience Gap scorecard, the advisory-call request, a digital business card, or any contact form — we may collect your name, business email, company name, phone number (if provided), your responses to assessment questions, and any information you include in a message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar usage data, through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
We use the information to deliver your scorecard results and any materials you request; respond to inquiries and schedule advisory calls; send communications you opted into (such as our newsletter or follow-up emails), from which you may unsubscribe at any time; operate, secure, and improve the Site; and comply with legal obligations.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business — for example our website host, our email/CRM and scheduling providers, and analytics providers — who process it on our behalf, and with authorities or others when required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies & analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools such as Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit), to understand how the Site is used and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features. If you are located in a region that requires cookie consent (such as the EU/UK), we will request consent through a cookie banner before placing non-essential cookies.
Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, and you may request that we access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing searcie@cassidineconsulting.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU/UK GDPR, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain processing. We will honor these rights as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Data retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is intended for businesspeople and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised; material changes will be posted on this page.
