Sessions your members bring up again later.
Filling a program is the easy part. Filling it with a session people repeat to a colleague is harder. These are three talks on judgment, value, and alignment — the three places strategy is won or lost — delivered by a fractional COO and value realization operator who works inside these problems for a living. Every session ends with a framework your members can apply in their next meeting.
No fee. You pick the date and format; I bring the session.
Organizations produce exactly what they are designed to produce.
Strategy succeeds when the organization is built to carry it. The distance between what a company intends and what it has built to deliver is where quarters slip, investments underperform, and initiatives stall. Each session examines that distance from a different height — the decision that starts it, the value it is meant to create, and the alignment required to deliver it.
Choose the one that fits your room.
Every minute goes to teaching, and every session is built to be discussed afterward rather than politely applauded. Each one includes open discussion, and learning objectives are supplied in measurable terms so chapters can submit for SHRM PDC or PMI PDU credit. Select a session to see what happens in the room.
A tool they use in the next meeting.
Every session ends with something practical, rather than a set of ideas that fade by Friday.
Built to fit your program.
Every session comes in three lengths, delivered in person or virtually, anywhere in the country. Open discussion is built into each one, so the session fills your block without additional programming.
Breakout
The central idea and one tool, delivered tightly, with roughly 5 minutes of questions. Suited to a chapter meeting or a slot inside a larger agenda.
Keynote
The complete argument with the frameworks and examples, closing with 10 to 15 minutes of open questions.
Workshop
The keynote plus a facilitated exercise on real situations from their own organizations, with up to 30 minutes of discussion throughout.
Tailored on request: send three decisions or challenges your leaders face now, and I will build the exercise around them — so the session works on your situations rather than generic case studies.
A short email, and a date.
Program chairs are volunteers with day jobs. The logistics stay on my side.
A date, a room or a video link, and a rough headcount. That is the entire lift.
The session, the slides, a written description and bio for your promotion, and learning objectives formatted for credit submission.
A practical tool they use in their next meeting, and a session worth telling a colleague about.
Executive peer groups, CEO and owner roundtables, association chapters, HR and talent development groups, leadership teams, conferences, and project management chapters.
An operator, not a trainer.
Searcie Cassidine is a fractional COO and the founder of Cassidine Consulting, where she helps organizations close the gap between what they intend to achieve and what they are built to deliver. She built the Theory–Reality Gap™ framework from what she found inside operations.
Give your members something they talk about afterward.
Most programs get filled. Fewer get remembered. Send your audience and a couple of possible dates, and I will tell you which of the three fits — or recommend something else entirely if that serves your group better.
No fee, and no pitch from the stage — or book 15 minutes to talk it through.
